Why Stripe Hog?
The award-winning Stripe HOG efficiently and thoroughly removes all types of pavement markings from both asphalt and concrete surfaces, with minimal negative impact to the surface. The Stripe HOG operates using high-pressure 40,000 psi water jets and a powerful vacuum recovery system that leaves the road or runway clean and nearly dry. The resulting debris is quickly dewatered through a patented process, allowing for easy disposal from the debris tank.
With large water and debris tank capacities, the SH8000 can operate continuously for several hours before requiring dumping or refilling. Its user-friendly dumping system and in-cab remote control panel allow for operation by a single person, saving both time and labor costs.
The Stripe HOG SH8000 is compatible with the HOG Tusk, a cleaning head equipped with PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) grinding teeth and 40,000 PSI high-pressure water jets. The HOG Tusk can operate in grinding-only mode, water-only mode, or a combination of both, enabling it to remove markings twice as fast while using only half the amount of water.
